It may be easier to just create a new pattern from scratch. I was able to come up with something similar in only a few minutes.

This used the Halftone, Stamp the Spatter but I’m sure with a little playing around you could come up with something better.

Something like this is very easy to do well using Filter Forge. Here is one I put together in about one minute. If you download the Filter Forge plug-in (the 30 day trial is free) I will make one for you with any parameter controls you need.
