I currently use 7.01 for all of my photographic work and thinking of upgrading to CS. Looking at the adobe web site they say that there are a number of improvements. The ones that caught my eye are the expanded 16 bit support, integrated camera support (I think my finepix s700 is on the list), highlight/shadow correction and match colour command. Are they worth the extra

Many thanks,

Personally I’d wait right now. CS has been out a while, and while it DOES offer some really nice features (proper composite image stuff, folders-in-folders on the Layers palette), I’m not sure it’s worth an upgrade TODAY with the rumors of a new PS release middle of next year. I dont regret moving to CS, but I WOULD regret having to pay for 2 upgrades inside 12 months 🙂
