For whatever reason when I make a selection; pentool, marquee, whatever, When I go to fill, (alt>delete) it automatically fills inverted. I mean, I go to fill and it fills everything except what I have selected. Everytime… I can inverse (crtl/shift I) and it’ll fill the selected area. I must have done something, but I don’t know what. I’ve tried help, but I don’t know what question to ask. Can anyone help?

You’ve clicked the wrong option in the Options palette.

Click the pen tool, then look very closely at the Options bar on the top of the screen. You will see four tiny buttons on the extreme right hand side: Add to Path Area, Subtract from Path Area, Interect with Path Area, Exclude from Path Area. You want to click on the one all the way to the right.
