hello everyone,
I’m working on a TIFF file with levels on PS CS3.

Yesterday I saved the file without problems.

Today I opened the file and… "could not complete your request because the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop"

how can i recover my file?

thank you very much

M.

Usually this error message happens when you save the file using a newer version of Photoshop, and open it using an older version. For example, you could get this error if you saved an image in Photoshop CS3, and opened it with Photoshop 6.

If you used the same version for both saving and opening, it is possible that your image file is corrupted. Unfortunately, it is usually difficult to recover your work if this turns out to be the case.
