What effects did I use on this?

Ok so I made a background picture for my webpage.
here is a link to the picture:

The problem is I can’t recreate it, I can’t figure out what effects or filters i used, specifically the glowing lines.

Can anyone give me a clue as to what filters/effects would be used to make this? Thanks,

platic wrap maybe? then a oil affect? play about with the painting affects

Looks like "Filter->Stylize->Glowing Edges", to me. Of course there’s other effects in there as well, but it’s mostly that one.

Filter>Other>Minimize/Maximize.

dup layer then set to lighten or one of the "light" layer effect. maybe play with opacity?

thanks guys i figure it out, it was mostly plastic wrap, then just lightening.
