Making a Window in my office????

I am fooling around and was wondering what the best idea would be to put a false picture window into an image of my office. I can take different angles to go with the window, I saw this on another site a while ago, and now I have time and want to figure it out. Are there any plug ins for wood frames maybe? Obviously it wont look perfect, but I wanted to see what I could get away with.

I have no windows and you can see what I mean, 2nd is the image I want in the window:
