Not a keyboard shortcut, but an easy way to do it is to hold Control (Command on a Mac) and click on the path thumbnail. Or you could create a new action, record yourself converting the path to a selection, and then assign a keyboard shortcut to the action.

Thanks, it is easier to click the path thumbnail than zero in on that little round broken circle icon at the bottom

In Windows it’s Ctrl-Enter(numeric keypad). Same for Mac only Command instead of Ctrl.
