Save optimized.
Did you misplace the help file?

It does to have Save for Web. Just look again, you’ll see it.

Use Save Optimized. 600 pixels of less for your largest dimension is usually good. With the right amount of compression you can strike a very good compromise between quality and file size. You should be able to get the pic well below 100k and still have it look good.

OK

Image Ready does not have "Save for Web" you say. I have to believe you on your word.
Why not opening it in regular Photoshop CS and use Save for Web? Or buy the official legit PS.

If that is not possible. Reduce it to the 22 cm hight or width (sorry I am metric). Do that in proportion, so the left over heigth and width will go down in proportion, you must know what I mean!

Then do not forget to downgrade the resolution to 76 DPI, or something like that.

Try it out, email it to yourself, if it is OK email it to your girlfriend and find the manual!

Ugh… Say it with me, DPI is meaningless except when printing.
