Adobe Studio Exchange problem

Adobe Studio Toolkit will not download. Have tried for three days. The download basket feature doesn’t work at all. Downloads do work on single items.

Have registered several times and each registration is good for one day. The next day Adobe says my password is invalid. Have tried with/without hints. Makes no difference…it’s still a one night stand.

Haven’t tried the telephone; that has always been a major frustration.

This is a new computer. Same problems on the old computer. Using Road Runner broadband. Will appreciate any help (or condolences).

I had that problem last week also. what I did to resolve the problem was decrease the amount of things I was down loading at one time it took a little longer but the down load was completed an example was I down load no more than 35 styles at a time. hope this helps

hmm check your security preferences on your computer that might be the reason you cant down load from adobe hope this helps

If it’s any consolation, I’d had trouble with it as well. So much so, that I quit trying to use it, and went back to single D/L’s.
