Hi ; I use Filter > Liquify > Pucker OR Bloat often when enhancing portraits. The pucker tool will pull in parts of a person & the bloat tool will enlarge. If you ever saw the movie Beetlejuice, with Michael Keeton, you can use the pucker tool to make it look like a witch doctor shrunk someone’s head. *S* Enjoy ;

JEJE…….try using the "Liquify filter" in Photoshop……it distorts just like you want.

Yes, it’s right on top in the filters menu; not bunched up with the others.
