I’m using a Adobe Photoshop 6.0, Image Ready 3.0 and Frontpage 2000 Combination to create a site/page.
My end goal is to have an animated gif, that has a rollover state and then a click state.
My problem is I can’t figure out how to combine the Gif with the rollover and the click.
If I place the Animated Gif into the page in Image Ready it is not animated in the browser, I’m assuming it’s only placing one layer of the gif. If I place the GIF in Frontpage it "Appears" to override the roll over state. IOW the rollover state, done in IR does not show up in the browser but teh animated gif does.
Do I actually have to create a seperate HTML file for each button. IOW create the animated gif in IR, with rollover adn click state, save it as a web page , then insert that page into the main page? or am I way overcomplicating this?
Thanks
