In the page set-up you can choose the size of paper you are going to be feeding into the 2200. 13X19 is the paper size, but chances are you will want to print an 11X14, or 11X17 files since these are generic frame sizes.
In addition you will need to specify what type of paper you have loaded, Semi-gloss, or luster, matte, etc. I usually choose to center the picture, this will help with even borders for framing
Take your time learning your printer. A couple of words, download the current profiles for all the epson papers, they are probably more recent than the ones that came with the printer.

Reguarding the papers, I found the semi-gloss, or luster to my liking. The watercolor really is only suited to old black & whites, or art. I tried a color photo on watercolor just experimenting, it came out pretty dull and muttled.
