I have this 5279×3774 image that I want to be devided into 220×300 chunks. But how?

I’ve tried the Slice-Divide tool, but it dont work.

Perhaps a way to divide image from Guides?

You can use guides to help you slice.
Use File>Save for web to export the images.
Or you can use those same guides to help you select portions of the image, which you can put on their own layer (ctrl/cmd-J)
You can even make a fixed selection of 220×300 in the toolbar above (style: fixed ratio, by default it is set to normal)
Make sure that ‘Snap to guides’ under the View menu is checked. Then File>Scripts>Export layers to files.

*** That should be ‘fixed size’ !
