Is there any (easy) way to get a printout showing the installed brushes?

Same question, I guess, for patterns?

TIA

That is an interesting challenge. When I get to work I will investigate it.

What I’ve done is to make screen shots of the palettes. It might help you while we noodle this out.

Easy way? I have never done so to know if it’s easy enough to consider easy, or anything would be easy if I know how <bg>. But, I can tell you that there is *freeware* Brush Viewer, I don’t know if it has option to print the thumbnail or not, and I always saw someone converted to .PNG (or the brushes were original from those .PNG files?)

Anyway, few years ago I was able to run the brush viewer, few months ago I tried a newer version and it kept crashing that I can’t run.

Incidentally, Mac users can use the freeware ABRViewer from http://www.easyelements.com/abrview.html to view (but not print) large-size images of their brush files. It’s available as an .exe for PC users and a .jar for Mac and Linux users. It’s a great way to tell if you want to install those brush sets you downloaded from Adobe Exchange!
