When I install ps then try to run the app I get a "scratch disk full" error. It does this three times and the final time it says that ps is shutting down because of the problem.

Image Ready loads ok.

PSCS is on E: (disk 1). Not being able to have the program running, I can’t change the scratch disk properties.

C: (disk 0) 2G total 35MB free
E: (disk 1) 40G total 28G free
F: (disk 0) 10G total 5.3G free

It’s enough to make one switch over to a MAC.

C: (disk 0) 2G total **35MB free**
??

35 megabytes? yikes!
Is this the drive that windows is on?

I would strongly suggest you delete something from this drive, (or copy some files to another drive and then delete… ) I am not sure if this is affecting your photoshop,
but even on a small 2 gig drive you should have some more free space available in general…
35 megs is scarily close to all the way full ( = bad)
and would be my first guess as to the cause of your troubles.

That could very well be the problem, especially if you’re opening a file to open Photoshop!
