You do know that Photoshop is not supported under Windows Server versions, don’t you?

Have you tried deleting your preference file? Details in the FAQ at the top of this forum’s Topic List

Photoshop worked properly near 1 month. I have done all of preferences.

You might want to try an uninstall/reinstall of Photoshop – would help in the case of a corrupted cooltype.dll. If this doesn’t help, you’ll need to figure out what change to your system has caused cooltype’s failure.
