It’s no longer for sale. Adobe withdrew it when Photoshop CS came out. And because the Pentax camera was introduced much later, it didn’t support Pentax RAW anyway.
Didn’t know that!
So support for PS7 has stopped….?!!
NO. Youi still get support for PS, you just can’t use it with RAW fioles unless you bought the plug in before they withdrew it. And why did they withdraw it? Can you say PS CS upgrade cash cow?
Or…..you can try the software that comes with the camera. But RAW-software is not always sold with the camera…;-((
Pentax does include software. I do not know any camera that can shoot in RAW and comes without software to open those RAW files. Wouldn’t make much sense, would it?
The Nikon Coolpix 8800-VR I bought came without RAW software…;-(( Yes,…Nikon supported it in NikonCapture, but that was not included…
Yeah, Nikon only ever supply Nikon View which is practically useless. Read "yet another Cash Cow called Nikon Capture".
(Spreek ik nu gebroken Engels tegen een Nederlander ??…;-)) (For the rest of you (the above means): I’m writing in English to respond to a Dutchman….while I’m Dutch myself…(i find that kind of funny…;-))
Lol! Ik ben Engels. Het was mijen genoegen 🙂
