Parsing error!!!!!!!!

I am trying to open a 800MB TIFF file, and am receiving
"Could not open…because of a problem parsing the TIFF file".

Any tricks to get around this problem. I can open the file in AutoCAD just fine, but not in Photoshop. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you compress the file in AutoCad? I don’t use it so I don’t know. Try saving the file in .jpg or .PSD format(Better) if AutoCad gives you the option. 800MB IS a big file!!

You may be able to open it in say "Illustrator" or the like and resave using .PSD or try "Image Ready". Work on it.

More than likely the file is corrupt or written incorrectly.

Try opening it in another application.
