Photoshop CS XP Errors – bucket and launch

System: XP Pro on a Dell 650 dual Xeon 3.06, 4 Gigs Ram, 4 SCSI 15k 146 HDs, NVIDA Quarro 1000

1. I get a "Program can’t complete your request" error, then the program crashes when I make a selection or use the bucket fill.

2. I get an intermittent error when I launch Photoshop "program can’t continue" and after 2 or 3 trys it will?

Any Ideas?

1) is a known problem – disable the MP Support plugin util we get a patch out.

2) Don’t know – usually that’s a system error (corrupt files, etc.)
