i found out the key was in gaussian blur you have to select the end part of the image which you blur the most then you select the part you blurred already and the part you will blur but a bit less than the end part and do that until the image looks like its fading…

Layer Mask. Look it up on your manual or Help or look at the many tutorials on the web.

Or, just add a Layer Mask, which is made in QM Mode with the Gradient Tool. One can then add Gaussian Blur if a softer transition is needed.
