I was working on a tutorial last night and it brought up using the F key to give yourself a better workspace. I hit it and it fits the screen like it is suppose to. I hit F again and everything returns to normal except the pulldown menus don’t come back. I only found 2 ways to get them back. One way is to close Photoshop and re-open it. The other is to use alt-Tab to another program and open its pulldown menu, then flip back to Photoshop. I jump back and forth about 3 or 4 times and then the pulldown menus show up again. Has anyone else run into this, and if so, how do i fix it?
