Can anyone help me with this. I have an image of a wall with a sign on it. There is a small hallogen lamp in the top corner. I need to have a light eminating from the top corner of the wall across the sign.

Any sugestions.

I started learning PS in PS 7
but cannot recall whether Lighting Effects in any form existed version
7. Search your Filter menu for something with the effect.
First make a copy and experiment with filters an the copy.

Many versions of Photoshop have built-in option to create light-source (check with the built-in plug-in or whatever it’s called) and you may find several.

If the version doesn’t have one and it it supports LAYER then you should be able to create any type of light-source you wish. I remember even on older version than v7 I was learning to create Light Beams/Rays
