fluorescent color in PS — is it possible?

I’m talking about "day-glo" colors like hunter orange, school crossing chartreuse, black light poster colors — not fluorescent lighting. Is it possible to create these colors in PS?

How would you know? The monitor can’t display them and your printer can’t print them!

Tim,

If there is a suitable Pantone ink you can assign that to a spot colour channel and print with that Pantone ink, but that is the only way.
