use the flyout menu (little right facing arrow in upper right) in the styles palette. then select "Load Styles"

thanks….but i meant apart from that….is there anyway i can get more styles, diff from the one’s on my PC?

have you tried google? or the adobe exchange? that’d be where I’d go if i was looking for something like this. the exchange especially. you can get lost for days in there downloading stuff! seperate login (free) required:
