Any suggestions? I followed the instructions as per "http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/32eae.htm" and I even made sure that all other versions of Photoshop was uninstalled. I even went as far as reinstalling 2 other times and still get no further.

if the dll isn’t in the photoshop\cs folder, search for it on your system and copy it there.

Sam, not sure about this but I believe MSVCRT10.dll was a file needed by Windows 98 & Millenium to open certain applications. The file I have in XP pro for PSCS is Msvcrt.dll without the 10. Either way, if you need one or both let me know your email address and Ill send them off.

Sam,

Was that install of XP a clean install or an upgrade?
