Hi,

I am trying to open a .jpg file; when I try to open the file, I get an error message that reads "Could not open (file name)because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop. Now the problem that I have is that I can open other .jpg files.
Any ideas on the problem? I am running Photoshop 7.0

Thank you,
BJR

Probably corrupted or saved with some non-mainsteam JPEG algorithm from some other program.

Try IrfanView.

Or email it to me as a double check if you like.
