Keyboard shortcuts in Photoshop CS

None of the keyboard shortcuts are working in my Photoshop CS. When I open the Presets folder and Keyboard shortcuts folder, the keyboard shortcuts folder is empty. Any suggestions. Thanks Ron

Ron,

While I’ve never heard anyone elaborate as you did regarding the empby keyboard shortcuts folder, problems with keyboard shortcuts have been attributed to either an outdated keyboard driver or the use of an early pirated version of PSCS. If you have a Logitech keyboard, I suggest you search for a driver update as I believe they have been the ones primarily the victim of this problem.

Unless you have created and saved some keyboard shortcuts it will be. That is for your CUSTOMIZED keyboard shortcuts.
