how to create Venetian Red

Can anybody give me the values of either Red,Green, Blue or Hue, Saturation, Brightness to create Venetian Red

I’ve got somewhere near it with

Red = 187
Green = 44
Blue = 71

and/or

Hue = 246
Saturation = 195
Brightness = 187
