i am using elements 3 with a canon ip5000 and epson r230. these printers seem to be limited to about 600mm or 24 inches maximum page length. at the moment i tyle print then crop and glue.

i would like to print on contunuous roll paper images up to 2 to 3 meters length.

i would like to hear from anyone using elements and an ip canon, r series epson or similar to print on roll paper.

Hi Grant:
I’m not sure you can do that with your current software and printers. I think the printer drivers limit the length.
However, I know a fix. Use Qimage printing software. It has a way around that limit, and does a much better job printing than elements 3 does. No connection, just a happy user.

I did not try it
but looking in print driver

Epson 1800 I can set to roll paper
then it asks if I want continuous or cut sheet style
it shows choice up to 129 inches length for banner style (my printer max width is 13 inches)
