I set up Bridge a while back to make adjustments, presumably to settings I made.
to images on the Preview pane. How do I toggle this on or off?

Are you wanting to clear the Adobe Camera Raw settings?

Open an image in ACR and to the right of the word "Basic" there is a flyout menu where you can choose Reset Camera RAW Defaults. This will remove the current ACR adjustments to all Raw files you import going forward. If you only wanted to reset your adjustments for one image use the same flyout menu but choose "Camera Raw Defaults.
