My PS 7 browser is malfunctioning and will not allow me to use the side bar for moving to and from folders. (I can’t see any folders at all)
I have to use the window up key to move out of a folder.
So I unistalled my PS 7 and reinstalled it.
Still corrupted.
So I unistalled PS 7 and PS 6 (my last full version) and reistalled them both.
Browser is still corrupted.
All along after reinstall, the browser is still returning to it’s last bad configuation.
This tells me that the program is not unistalling completely.
Any ideas out there???
It’s been three days I’ve been working on this and I am clueless???
