sony gdm-400ps and spyder calibration

HI, just got a s/h sony gdm400ps monitor and am goig to calibrate it with spyder optical, was wondering what rgb controls to adjust in precal ( the monitor has seperate contols for rgb gain and rgb bias)…not sure which to use.

Also anyone know the best resolution and refresh rate to use.
