Does anyone knows where to get or have the Raw viewer plugin for photoshop and can send it ??…(version 7, 8 or CS..)

Not entirely true. The downloads are only for updates to the RAW features of Photoshop CS. The plugin for PS 7 is not available – certainly as a free download, and AFAIK not as a standalone purchase anymore either.
