Ok, this is what happened, I was working on a picture in photoshop, and I had to reboot my computer, I forgot to shut down photoshop before I began the reboot, so I ended the photoshop.exe task as it was shutting down.
When my computer came back on, I tried opening up photoshop and now it doesn’t go past "Initializing Color.." (can’t read it fast enough to make out the rest).

Please help!

Doh! sorry, I just made a completely cloned topic of another one, although I thought I looked through all of em.

Anyways, I will read the FAQ like the other topic says, and you can safely delete this.

Sorry! 🙂

Ok! my problem is much bigger than this it seems…
I looked in the folder where my preferences are supposed to be, and they do not exist, the only folder I have is Application Data/Adobe/Acrobat nothing related to photoshop in that folder.
I think when I uninstalled/reinstalled I might have chose to uninstall that stuff or something, but in the FAQ it says it doesn’t give you the choice anyways.

What do I do? I need help 🙁

BTW sorry for triple posting, I have ADHD and tend to overdo things 😐

You need to make sure that you can view hidden files in order to see the pref files. But there should be no need to see them.

Just hold down the ctrl+shift+del keys IMMEDIATELY after launching Photoshop.
