I am trying to get Elem 3 to work with two monitors using win xp. Iwant to display the controls in one monitor, and the image full size in another, larger monitor. It don’t work. The window containing the photo image will not slide over to the other monitor.

Nikons capture 4 software will not do it either.

You can not move a picture window outside of the main photoshop window. If you have the second monitor as an "extended" desktop of the first, then just expand your main Photoshop E3 window across the other monitor by clicking on the side of the window and dragging it to across to cover both monitors.
