Muslin Background

Hi,

I am trying to make a muslin background. Does anybody have an example or link? I was trying to do it with render clouds, but can’t figure out what colors to use. I’m aiming for the blues and browns I’ve seen in the store, but can’t seem to match them. Also, when I use render clouds, it comes out very stark.

Got a camera? Photograph the real thing, then manipulate at will.

That’s what I’d do.

or go to wal mart, buy a yard of muslin (will cost you $2.97) scan in at 400 dpi! Works wonders!

or you can try the fibers filter with a very pale beige on a white background then texturize–rotate 90 degrees
