Hi,
I have a batch of about 100 photos of sheets of papers with numbers on it. I tried OCR-ing the first couple of ones, but it took very very long (using a trimmed version of OmniPage).
These numbers come from archives in Kenya and are being used for research. I have no trouble clipping the junk off of the images and I find that the OCR is about 95% accurate, with things like 0 (zero) becoming O (oh), but those are easily corrected.
Does anybody know what I could do to automate this process a bit (the OCR)? Or a better place to look for info?
Thanks!
