Does anybody know how I can return my filters to their default setting? – especially "clouds"

Trash preferences. But clouds doesn’t have any settings.

are they coming out the wrong color?
If so they create clouds in whatever color you have chosen as the foreground color in the toolbar Chose a blue color from the palette and try it again.
