I just used CorelTrace a few minutes ago. I download a Gif of a flag from the internet…72 ppi. I needed 2-300 ppi. Options were: resampling but that would get blurry, Genuine Fractals…never tried it for this…might work…a bit of an overkill though, CorelTrace…designed exactly to do just this very thing…it does it…it did it…and its done.
