CS upgrade in new directory?

I have a legit upgrade copy of CS I have registered but not installed yet and am currently running PS 7 on my machine. I know with a full version I have the option of installing to a new directory and keeping both versions. Anyone know if I can do the same with the CS upgrade, or does the upgrade version require the uninstallation of the previous version? I’d like to keep 7 available just in case.

The upgrade to CS does not uninstall or disturb Photoshop 7; both of them will be in different directories on your hard drive after the install.
