I am not sure but if there is the 30 day grace period it is and has been the 30 days from the time it was announced, in this case April 4th 2005 to the time it ships which is suppose to be early April. So if you bought it before April 4th 2005 then I would say that even with Adobe offering a grace period the upgrade cycle that you wouldn’t qualify.

Yes they do the upgrade for the cost of shipping $5.99, it is 30 days from April 04.
