What’s in the box (if there is a box) when your order the CS upgrade? It’s not on the adobe site or I must have missed that bit of info.

I’ve ordered the Premium, so I’m expecting:
PhotoShop
Illustrator
InDesign
GoLive
Acrobat Pro
Version Cue
plus whatever unspecified extra goodies (maybe some free fonts?) ships with the Premium. In other words, I expect it to be packaged like my CS 1.x set was. All documentation is online with a minimalist printed install manual and overview. One question I’m asking Adobe about is the PageMaker Plug-in Pack for InDesign: will that be standard with CS2 or will I reuse my plug-in from CS.
