Can you bend text in Photoshop? or can that only be done in Illustrator. I Searched the database for topics, but couldn’t find clear instructions. Thanks

Bend? Depends what you mean and what version of PS you have.

PS 7 can distort text in various ways. With CS, you can put text on a path [like AI can].
