Hello!
I have ICC profiles for my printer properly installed. If I want to print CMYK or RGB file I go to Print with Prewiew. As Source space is my document’s profile (that is OK) but in Print space option I can’t see any CMYK profiles, only RGB like Adobe RGB (1998), ….
Where is the problem? Can’t I in Print space define my printer’s profile but it isn’t there! ICC profiles of my printer are properly installed and Photoshop Color Managment can properly use them too. Please help!

Uros,

in Print space option I can’t see any CMYK profiles<<

If your printer isn’t a PostScript Device, it isn’t a CMYK printer. Non-PostScript printer drivers CANNOT pass CMYK data – the application has to convert it on -the-fly to RGB which is what ALL non-PostScript printers are expecting.

Are you printing to a desktop inkjet printer through the manufacturer’s print driver? If so, then the operation system treats the printer as if it’s an RGB device and only RGB profiles will be available.
