Hi! I have a bunch of pictures that I want to make into a collage that runs down the side of my page. I have graphics to do this with. How can I put them together into a defined rectangle and blur them all into each other? Thanks!

stick diferent pics on diferent layers, then rub away with the rubber with a very soft brush, crude, but quick and easy. To save from having any empty spaces, take one image increase its size, stretch to fill canvas and use as bottem layer, set transparany to about 45%.
