Ok I’m confused.. I have looked at the jpegs I have created for http://www.roostersporting.com/2.html

They look fine on my 2 computers in Netscape 7.2, Firefox 1.1 and IE

The person I am doing the site for, an aol 9.0 user, says they look horrible.

I don’t understand why. .. They are medium quality, (30)

Also .. Can anyone tell me why I cannot use the keyboard shortcuts in my PS CS… ?

Do I need to reinstall?

Thanks
Graham

No, you need to buy, not pirate.

keyboard shortcuts are disabled in pirate copies. You just publicly admitted you’re using stolen software. Not that smart really.

Tell her to go into preferences on AOL and turn off graphic compression. Settings>Index>Web (Internet Options)
Check "Never compress graphics"

Yes. You either have a Logitech keyboard with out updated drivers or you’re a thief.

Do I need to reinstall?
No. You need to update the relevant drivers or actually pay for the software – a novel concept for some people it seems…

And tell her to get a proper ISP.

By default, AOL’s browser compresses JPEGs and changes them to a proprietary format called "AOL .art;" this re-cmpression makes all JPEGs look like crap. Tell her to turn off image compression in AOL.

Yes. You’re using an illegal bootleg copy.
