I’m having some trouble with an animated gif…

can anyone tell me how to fix this please? It seems to be not clearing the previous frames (until the cycle starts again).

I don’t know how clear it is from this image, but its a transparent gif and the red and grey bits are the background.

Many THanks

If you upload it to your webspace and give us a URL it would help….

OK, I’ll upload it tomorrow – I take it you want the PSD file rather than the gif.

Cheers

No, the gif would be fine to see what your are seeing. But why not upload both?

My ISP is really crap (Yeah, I’m looking into changing that), I’m afraid I couldn’t upload the PSD… but here is the gif…

Thanks

In the animation palette, right click on the individual steps. You can change the way the background is dealt with here.

Not sure which way will do what you want, but you can test them out.

You only want one layer visible for each frame. Turn off all other layers
