The only stupid question is the one that isn’t asked. I didn’t answer him, because I simply don’t know anything about PaintShopPro.

I’m all for chiding someone who behaves like an ass in a newsgroup (in this case, it’s you), but snotting off to someone just for asking an honest question that you have judged to be "stupid" is genuinely mean-spirited and uncivil.

To answer your question – yes you can.

Simply rename your .psptube file to .jpg and open in PS. Goto Edit/Define Brush, give it a name and you have it. I did two and they work OK, however, if you increase the size above 200% it will get pretty fuzzy.
