copy/paste from Ill.CS to PS7?

For some reason, when I copy/paste graphics from Illustrator CS to my PS 7, the option to import as vector, path etc popup has disappeared. Can anyone tell me why?

You need to go into your Illustrator Preferences and change your clipboard export preferences to AICB (with paths).
