Picture got cut off when open RAW data

Can anyone explain why when opening a RAW data file in Photoshop CS the picture got cut off? The file browse also show a file get cut off the top. I’m using a Minolta DiMage 7 camera. However, when I use the DiMage Image Viewer Utility the picture was fine, not cut off. So I’m guessing it is something in Photoshop that is creating this problem. Any help in this problem is greatly appreciated.
